A listing is recommended only after the credential is reviewed. Verified means the submitted credential or trading licence was reviewed. It is not a guarantee of workmanship, price, or reliability.

Check the NCA register before major work
A main contractor, mason, or structural engineer cannot join a house, commercial build, or renovation until an NCA number is on that profile. A stage cannot be paid while that number is missing. Open the National Construction Authority register and check the number yourself.
